Head to Toe Studio in our Suite 120! Rachelle specializes in Signature Skin Care and All Natural Products.
PWD: What do you love about your unique business?
RC: I love meeting new people and helping them feel good about themselves. I believe in the power of authenticity and transformative touch. Both are at the center of my practice providing signature skin and nail care to my clients.
PWD: Why did you get started in the industry and why do you do what you do?
RC: I got started in the beauty industry because my parents told me I had to go to college or get a job when I moved to Greely. I went to Amies Community College and found their Nail Tech School. I thought that sounded fun so I signed up. (I suspect they meant for me to finish my psychology degree at UNC.) It turns out both degrees are useful for running a successful spa business! After nine years doing nails I decided to broaden my scope of practice and go back to school. I received my Estheticians license from the College of International Esthetics in Arvada 10 years ago and have been practicing ever since. I focus on details, cleanliness, and completely pampering my clients with all-natural products.
PWD: How long have you been with us and what is your favorite thing about running your business out of Phenix West Denver ?
RC: I’ve been with Phenix West Denver since the beginning, two years ago. Running my business out of Phenix is a lot easier than renting your own independent space. I don’t have to deal with electricity, water, building maintenance, etc. and I can still be the boss!

Phenix West Denver offers competitive rental rates in the Denver metro area, prices vary depending on size of suite and what is available. Rental rates include free WIFI, all utilities and complimentary laundry. Our prices are geared toward helping individuals start out and thrive. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary business licenses and paying those fees as well as your inventory and personal furnishings. Costs vary depending on how much you want to invest. We can help you with cost effective ways to get set up.

-Will my clients follow me & is this location easy to find?
The first things we hear from your clients on their first visit is, “Wow, this place is beautiful.” and “I’m so proud of her.” Located right off of I-70 and Kipling, we are easy to find. We can guarantee their first visit to your new salon will wow them and they’ll be excited to come back. If you provide good customer service, your clients will want to follow you. -What is the difference between renting a chair in a salon and renting my own private suite?
There are some distinct differences between a chair rental and suite rental. When you rent a suite with us, you are your own boss. You are in control of your schedule. You work any day or night, at any time, and as often as you like.

-What are your prices?
We house up to 20 separate businesses at a time. Each salon professional is in charge of her own hours, appointments, services offered and pricing.

-Do you take walk-ins?
We do. However, we can’t guarantee we will have availability for a walk-in appointment and therefore highly recommend scheduling appointments beforehand.
