Official Rules

• Must submit your email address and a photo or video with your “why” by December 18th.  Why do you or someone you love deserve to win this transformation make over?
•  By submitting your photo and “why”, you agree to let us use your photo or video on our social media platforms and website.  We will not share your written “why” unless you give express permission. Misleading information may result in loss of your prize.
• We will document your transformation as it happens and use after photos on our website and social media. Don't worry, you will look and feel fabulous!
• You may share our website and tag 3 friends or tag 3 friends in one of our contest posts to qualify.
• The first and second place winners will be announced at midnight on New Year's Eve via our Facebook page. 
• Winners will be responsible for scheduling their prize services. Missing these appointments may result in loss of that service.  
•  Everyone who enters the contest will receive an email with a printable 20% off discount punch card applicable to all participating businesses.
• Limit one discount per business. Limit one discount per service. You may not apply the discount to multiple services. 
• You may not apply the 20% discount to an already discounted service. 
• If the winner should not be able to receive a service, due to health reasons or disinterest, service will be forfeited.
• Phenix Salon Suites West Denver reserves the right to adjust rules and timeline as necessary.
• Must be 18 or older to enter and a Colorado resident.
• Limit 1 person per submission. You cannot enter more than one person at a time.
